If you have 5G health concerns, you’re not alone

There has yet to be any safety studies done on 5G radiation levels and there are thousands of published research studies showing that wireless radiation from 2G, 3G, and 4G cause harm. Every time we go up a G there is more radiation for our body to contend with.

In this video I discuss 5G health concerns and share some things you can do to protect from wireless radiation.

The first place to start is your home because, for a lot of us, this is a big source of wireless radiation. You have the most control over your home environment and that’s where most of sleep a majority of the time and sleep is critical for those asking, how to get more energy.

The key is getting rid of and minimizing all sources of wireless radiation. The closer you are to the source, the more harmful it is due to the inverse square law.

Another option is to use a plug-in timer that you can program to turn off and on at specific times. This way you don’t forget to turn your wifi off at night. I’ve seen these timers cheaper at Lowes and Home Depot

For ethernet cables you want to use CAT 6A or CAT 7 because they are both shielded and don’t give off excess radiation

If running ethernet cables through your house is not an option you can run ethernet over your home electric lines or you can run ethernet over coax cable using a MoCA adapter. I used a MoCA adapter in a house I used to live in and it worked great however you do need a cable box

If you have a MAC you need a USB to Ethernet to go wired

Video game systems are another source of wireless radiation along with wireless controllers. It’s not as convenient however wired controllers are a safer option and be sure to unplug these systems when not in use

Wireless home phones emit a constant source of wireless radiation that is even stronger than cell phones so go back to wired there as well.

Baby monitors are very high in wireless radiation and they tend to be very close to infants, who absorb more radiation than adults because of their size and undeveloped nervous system so keep your baby safe using a wired baby monitor

There are thousands of published studies showing that wireless radiation creates inflammation in the body and the more inflammation in your body, the less energy you make. Decreasing inflammation is how to get more energy and decrease symptoms and avoid disease.

I recommend retesting regularly because levels are always changing and you don’t want to be spending a lot of time or sleeping in a hotspot.
