Your second brain influences your mood and well-being

When your second brain isn’t happy this can have a negative impact on your mood, cognition, and health

The second brain I’m referring to is your gut, which happens to be loaded with neurons and makes several neurotransmitters, including 95% of your body’s serotonin

So an unhappy gut can make you unhappy and lead to a bunch of other health challenges like a poor immune system, brain fog, poor focus and concentration, and general sluggishness

If you have a challenge with your moods, focus & concentration, and a lack of well-being, improving the health of your gut will go a long way in fixing these things
